While the property has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate. 8\. While we love our furry friends, pets are not permitted, as many guests have sensitivities. A deep cleaning unauthorized pet fee of $300 will be charged if clear evidence is found. 9\.
