Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit. 《 SECURITY CAMERA 》 ➤Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units and the camera must be functional at all times. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. This security camera captures activity Outside of the unit only. 《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》 ➤ Check-out times are strictly enforced unless arranged and confirmed at least 24 hours in advance, to avoid disruption to upcoming reservations. Guests who fail to check out by 10:00 AM will be charged a $50.00/hr late checkout fee, as our cleaning team operates on a tight schedule. ➤ Unauthorized Late Checkout: Staying past the scheduled check-out time without prior approval will result in a $50/hour penalty. If the overstay exceeds 2 hours, a full additional cleaning fee may be applied. 《 CHECK-IN TIMES 》 ➤Guests are also expected to adhere to the check-in time. If a guest arrives before the scheduled check-in time and requests early access, an early check-in fee of $50 per hour will be applied. Parking in front of the house was easy when there was no parking spot in back of the house. We really enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and looking at all the huge old houses. The space was even better than expected. The beds were super comfortable and the living area was a great set up to eat and hang out.
