This stay was a nightmare! I requested a room with two queen size beds. We received a room with a king sized bed and a sofa. When I went back down to reception, I was told there were no other rooms and I would NOT be receiving a discount. The phone in the room was broken and was not repaired during our stay. I had to go down to the lobby several times for sheets, pillows, towels, washcloths, an iron. The breakfast served on day 2 (Sunday) was inedible. There was no orange juice during our entire stay. I requested housekeeping - because it doesn't happen daily! Housecleaning did not happen. I had to go back to the lobby for towels and washcloths. The staff was less than helpful and unfriendly, except for the houskeeping staff - they were friendly and kind. I will be returning to Pittsburgh within the next few weeks and I will NOT be staying here! I reached out to Hilton on the last day of my stay; they responded and said they forwarded my concerns back to the hotel. No one from the hotel has been in touch. Clearly, there needs to be intervention from people higher than at the Hampton Inn!
