This home includes a boat slip to dock your boat if you bring it. There's also plenty of fun activities if you don't have a boat or it's too cold to get on the water. This lake house is located in a peaceful cove on a Lake Bob Sandlin which is a great recreational lake as well as fishing. It's worth noting that the cell service and WIFI can be spotty in the house. Cell service depends on your provider. It tends to be much better on the dock. Condition of property was not as represented on VRBO. At the time we rented the bulk head was under construction and not suitable for children or elderly. The yard was dug up and boathouse access was walking on boards through mud after the rain. The owner should have informed us at time of rental. We paid extra for use of the boat lift and there was no electricity. One of the owners said they would return the $150.00 charge but then said we needed to pay for the extension cords provided to get electricity to the lift and received no refund.
