This was a good base for travelling to Florence, Lucca, Montecatini, etc, which we did by train and was about a ten minute walk from the station. Pistoia is a quiter laid back town, with plenty of restaurants to choose from and plenty of churches to visit.
We had a lovely warm welcome from. The reception,a blonde and smiling girl, sorry we don,t know her name! All the staff appear happy,s, that is a sign of good management

Staff could not do enough for the guests. The room was magnificent and the surroundings full of character.
