The villa boasts a private pool and sun beds in a secluded backyard, offering an oasis of serenity. As you enter the ground floor, a welcoming open-plan living room and dining area unfold. Positioned on the right as you step into the villa, the fully stocked kitchen adds a touch of convenience. Continuing on the right, just past the living room and adjacent to the bathroom, you'll find the ground floor bedroom. The living room exudes elegance, featuring a sofa, a coffee table, and a Smart Tv for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen promises a delightful culinary experience, offering a full-size stove, fridge, dishes, cooking utensils, washing machine. Ascend to the top floor, where two air-conditioned bedrooms await. one bedroom is adorned with a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy, second bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom as well. Guests will receive a digital rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION; we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation. PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS • If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day.
