Baptiste SERIN, an international rugby union player playing for the Rugby Club Toulonnais and former player of Union-Bègles-Bordeaux, has carried out for you, with the help of his parents Marie-Pierre and Philippe, the renovation of a resin lodge in the middle of the forest in the Landes de Gascogne Natural Park on an area of 7600m², 3/4 of an hour from the coast. To relax, a private swimming pool (6.5m x 3.5m flat bottom 1.40m secured by a roller shutter) is at your disposal from June to September depending on the weather. A charming property, the Mordoit gîte offers 193 m² of living space spread over the ground floor and upper floor. The ground floor offers a spacious living room of 43 m² with equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, open to living room and lounge with wood stove, sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV, Wi-Fi, sound bar, washer-dryer 1 bedroom 13 m², 1 bed 160x200 cm, 1 bedroom 17 m², 1 bed 180x200 cm, child's bed, private bathroom in the bedroom, large shower tray, sink, 1 bedroom 16m², 1 bed 160x200 cm, lounge area with coffee table, toad armchairs, Bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. The upper floor houses a spacious 81 m² dormitory, 1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 140x190, and a surprising collection of more than 400 listed books! Relaxation areas and swing under a frame making the place very cocooning. A 100 m² barn completes the house declined in games room, with ping-pong and piano, summer kitchen. Shower room in annex with shower and toilet. You will enjoy the very exotic forest environment with bowling alley, swings, terrace (garden furniture, barbecue) overlooking a magnificent private pond on the edge of the maintained and flowered property. For your comfort, bed linen, household linen provided. Wood for stove 50 € / wheelbarrow. Charm, calm and serenity characterize this place lulled by the field of birds and the surrounding forest!
