Easy beach access and house has some beach supplies which saves you on having to pack chairs, wagon, etc. Owner is quick to respond if you have any questions. Stopped here for a few nights break during a 2 week trip down the CA coast. The arrival instructions were clear and the condo was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The property is great for access to the beach, which is at the end of the street. Close to shops, restaurants and pier area. Just two blocks from beach access and two blocks from the main hub of town (close enough for easy access and far enough to feel quiet). The condo was clean and well-equipped.
