Are you looking for a beautifully updated and modern home with plenty of space for all your needs? Look no further! This stunning house features multiple living areas and two dining spaces, making it perfect for hosting gatherings and spending quality time with loved ones. Surround yourself with nature and enjoy the nearby hiking trails with a beautiful waterfall just steps away from your front door. With large outdoor porches, you can relax, unwind, and take in the peaceful surroundings as you hear the sounds of nature. Plus, say goodbye to the hassle of street parking with your very own convenient carport and private driveway.  
  
Walk straight into the mudroom and through to the beautiful kitchen. This spacious kitchen provides a large island, coffee/wine bar, and breakfast/ dining room with a gorgeous view. The kitchen is fully stocked to make you feel right at home. From the kitchen, the space opens into an "open living concept layout" with a larger, more formal dining area surrounded by two large living spaces. The powder room is accessible from all areas on the main floor. The first living area has a large smart TV and sectional while the second boasts a large gas fireplace. The large porch is assessable from both living spaces. The first king suite is on the main floor right past the living room and has a private spa like bathroom with it's very own sauna! The master suite also provides a desk for private work space.  
  
Downstairs is yet another large living area, bunk room, queen sized guest room, and a second king suite. All bedrooms have access to porches or patios.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood. House sits on a 5 acre lot with endless chances to view wildlife. Deer frequent the yard.

\- No parties or unexpected guests sleeping over.  
\- If you damage something, let us know so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair.  
\- Lastly, have fun and enjoy the mountains!  
  
This house is not pet friendly. Pets brought to properties that are not listed as "Pet Friendly" will be charged the $100 nightly pet fee and an additional $100 cleaning fee, and may result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.
