"We checked in very late due to flight delays, and even at 3.30 am, the receptionist made us feel very welcoming, and went out of his way to make us comfortable, with water right away and walked us to the elevator. Our breakfact was awesome, the lady at the omlet bar was very accomodating, and kept reminding me to serve myself some warm syrup for the pancakes she made hot toorder! A very caring staff all around."

"We had a large group of family (including kids, teens, and adults) and this was a great option. We were staying in the local area, so this residential location was fine for us. The home is a nice size, so Heating can take a while when it’s cold out. After we closed all the bedrooms and hall doors, it was much less drafty and easier to heat up. "Very clean but had no air and the restroom is offset making it difficult to get to the toilet. if you are not average size you probably wont be able to get past the sink to reach the toilet and when you called they refused to refund for any reason. The air was resolved once i found ac window units in the closets and had to install myself. The management never told us they were there so we went the first night with no air."
