From the moment we arrived late at night (around 11 PM), it was clear that nothing matched what we had booked. The room we were given: • Was not the one we reserved, • Was dirty, with no towels provided, • Freezing cold, with heating charged at an extra $5 (!), • And the bathroom was in a dreadful, almost unusable condition. We immediately went to the front desk. The staff — to be fair, polite — admitted they didn’t have the room we had booked, and simply offered us the option to leave. At midnight, that is absolutely unacceptable. With no other option, we were forced to stay the night in completely unacceptable conditions. We checked out the next morning and booked another hotel — and the contrast was night and day: professional staff, clean rooms, excellent service. No regrets at all about leaving. To clarify: • Expedia refunded the first night due to the serious issues. • The hotel itself refunded the second night — which says a lot. The breakfast was a joke, with practically nothing to eat.
