"It was a last minute stay as we couldn't drive back to Florence from a day of sightseeing. Despite the last-minute decision, the staff provided complimentary water, and our request for a very late check-in was accommodated. The owner has a deli store next door, so you can buy good food and wine and have dinner in the hotel courtyard. There is no breakfast included. "
