Located in Tirrenia, Tuscany, this 70 m² apartment (plus 40 m² patio and 100 m² garden) can accommodate up to 4 or 5 guests. It features a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds that convert into comfortable sofas during the day, including a chaise longue. A hidden pull-out bed offers an additional sleeping place. The living room includes a fully equipped private kitchen with induction hob, electric and microwave ovens, fridge with freezer, and all necessary utensils for elegant meals. Air conditioning, private Wi-Fi, latest generation 50 and 55-inch smart LED TVs, and a washing machine are available. The apartment boasts luxury finishes and two bathrooms, one with a hydromassage shower.  
  
Outside, you will find a well-kept private garden and two covered patios, ideal for dining outdoors even in winter or relaxing on comfortable armchairs. The back garden offers further seating with sofas, armchairs, and a parasol, enhanced by atmospheric evening lights.  
  
Exclusive parking is available in a fenced and monitored area. Tennis and golf are available within the club where the property is located, and you have the option to dine at the on-site restaurant. Events are not allowed at the property.  
  
The location is strategic: you are just 5 minutes from the sea, 10 minutes from Pisa airport, 20 minutes from the Leaning Tower and Lucca, 20 minutes from Versilia, and 40 minutes from Florence.
