Located in the beautiful coastal town of Pirovac, this spacious apartment is perfect for families and small groups looking for comfortable accommodation with numerous amenities. The apartment is situated on the first floor, covering an area of 70 m2, and can accommodate up to five people. The sea is 700 meters away, the nearest market is 200 meters, the nearest restaurant is 400 meters, and the town center is also 400 meters away.  
  
The apartment consists of two bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a bed measuring 160×200 cm, while the second bedroom features a bed of the same size (160×200 cm) and an additional bed measuring 90×200 cm. The living room is spacious and cozy, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, cleaning supplies, and an iron. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided.  
  
Guests have access to air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet with a speed of 70 Mbit/s, and a Smart TV. The apartment has a balcony/terrace of 14 m2 with a view of the town and offers parking.  
  
Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 9:00 AM. Pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited, and quiet hours must be respected. The owners do not live in the accommodation, but other guests stay on the second floor of the building. In addition to basic charges, an extra cleaning fee of 60 euros is applied.

It is surrounded by coves, pine forests, and beautiful beaches, ideal for relaxation. Nature lovers can enjoy cycling and hiking trails that lead to stunning viewpoints. Water sports such as diving, sailing, kayaking, and boat trips are available at local tourist agencies. Historical landmarks include the old town center, St. George's Church, and the remains of medieval walls, while the culinary offer includes numerous restaurants and taverns serving traditional Dalmatian specialties like fresh fish, seafood, and Dalmatian prosciutto.
