### Le Lodge de la Bergerie - A 200m de la mer

The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers this 66 m² stone house in Pirou, 200 m from the sea and the Dunes de Pirou, to rent for up to 4 people. It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a sleeping area on a mezzanine floor, a shower room and a garden of around 1,600 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
  
Ground floor:  
\- A 30 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo coffee machine.  
\- Shower room  
\- Separate WC  
  
First floor:  
\- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Mezzanine sleeping area with 2 single beds (90×190)  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed and bath, iron and ironing board.  
  
Outside:  
\- A beautiful, private, enclosed garden of 1,600 m², planted with maritime pines and mainly west-facing. There is a terrace with garden table, sun loungers and parasols to enjoy the sunny days.  
  
The house is located in the seaside resort of Pirou, close to a shellfish farming area, in a very pleasant setting with a beautiful view of the coastline. All the essential shops are close at hand, around 2 km away, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in the garden. You can park up to 3 vehicles.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- The nearest train station is Coutances, 25 minutes away.  
\- A car is essential

\- Bed linen and towels included  
\- Free Wifi available (fibre optic)  
\- 2 pets allowed. The 2nd for a supplement of 15€/stay. Please specify when booking  
\- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.  
\- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.  
\- The accommodation is close to a shellfish farming area and noise may be heard from the terrace.

Rien à dire sur l'accueil et la propreté, au top et il ne manque rien dans le logement.Seul bémol, le nom du gite n'est pas celui indiqué dans l'annonce donc sur place questionnement : sommes nous au bon endroit ? Le gîte s'appelle en réalité l'Abri-cotier
