The base price includes the use of one bedroom. Property is beautiful, but was dirty: trash on bathroom counter, dirty sheets, hair all over floors and toilet areas. There was no wifi due to an upside balance, so we were without service the entire time, making it difficult to try to resolve any issues. Host was able to get ahold of if drove somewhere to find service, but very inconvenient. Overall, beautiful property, but quite a few small problems. ##### Meagan M.
