Welcome to Beyond By The Cohost Company, A modern minimalistic house surrounded with glass to make you feel one with nature. Experience the desert landscape from every angle of the house-- spectacular views of the mountains and peacefulness of the remote location.  
  
Soak up in the hot tub, eat on the outdoor dining table and fire-pit.This is the perfect relaxing retreat for you and your loved ones!  
  
The Space:  
Head to the Red Dog Saloon for a fun night out and great tacos or have BBQ and see a concert at the local celebrity venue Pappy + Harriet’s. Both are within walking distance or a one-minute drive. The cozy hot tub invites you to end the night stargazing while soaking in comfort.  
  
240v EV outlet available at this house, in the deep backyard upper property level  
  
Guest Access:  
1 King-size bed in the master bedroom  
1 Queen-size bed in the second bedroom  
3 Single sofa beds in the living room  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Pet fee: We do allow dogs for non refundable fee of $95 per pet. Please kindly message host if you plan to bring dogs. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!

Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: Mostly on paved roads but there will be some dirt roads to get here.  
  
◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.  
  
Reminders:  
\- Gardener comes by every other Friday between 8-9 AM to maintain the grounds  
  
◦ Authorized early check-in and late check-out are available at $50 per hour  
  
◦ Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee  
  
◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address  
  
\* Pet Fee is $95  
  
◦ RULES:  
Noise ordinance:  
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.  
  
◦ SMOKING POLICY  
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees  
  
◦ Restricted Areas:  
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.  
  
◦ Hot Tub:  
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.  
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.  
No drinking in the hot tub, please.  
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.  
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.  
  
◦ Photoshoots & Video:  
No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.
