"The staff were very nice and helpful. She even upgraded our room for us however, the toilet was running all night. The sheets look like they haven’t been changed and the area did not feel safe. There were a lot of people congregating out front. We ended up leaving after four hours."

"The property is in a convenient location, but the interstate noise is overwhelming considering your rooms are directly accessed to the outside. It's a budget motel for sure, 1 night might be okay for most but for a multiple night stay I would not recommend. The host/manager was amazing, he accommodated our needs as we were able to get a refund for the remaining nights so that we could find a more suitable place for the family. "

"This place was more like a small apartment. It was great. The layout was really good for the price. You could not beat it. The drive to Churchill Downs was really pretty from this area as well."
