My personal experience was spectacular, partly because of the actual rental (the decor, the area, the elevator, The Deck!) but mostly because we got the opportunity to meet the owner herself, which is a gem of a person. You meet a lot of people traveling, but Vicki marked me profoundly. As for the actual site, we used it for 48h to visit Portland and Cannon Beach area, while on a 17 days tour of Oregon.
