#### Horrible y decepcionante

La atención fue pésima. Tal y como se solicita, se contacto para avisar de la hora de nuestra llegada, y tras muchos intentos al fin nos cogieron el teléfono. Hubo problemas con la calefacción y la caldera ya que no funcionaba, por lo que los radiadores no calentaban, al llamar a Marta nos indico que la calefacción era central y que si la casa estaba a 22 grados no se encendía, cosa que nos extraño. Respecto al agua caliente, que tampoco funcionaba, cuando nos dimos cuenta y volvimos a llamar no se nos atendió al teléfono, aunque se intentó una y otra vez no nos respondían ni nos devolvían la llamada, pasando la primera noche algo de frío debido a estas condiciones. Al intentar contactar al día siguiente nos seguían sin atender y tras buscar y buscar se contacto con otro teléfono que nos respondió y nos indico cómo arreglar el problema de la caldera, consiguiendo así que hubiera agua caliente y calefacción, por lo que al menos la segunda noche fue mejor, aunque se consiguió arreglar ya entrada la noche, por lo estuvimos todo el día sin poder ducharnos. Por otro lado, la limpieza del alojamiento brillaba por su ausencia... multitud de arañas por la casa que tuvimos que quitar nosotros mismos, sábanas con algunos pelos, pareciendo que estaban sin revisar antes de nuestra llegada, y falta de menaje en la cocina, siendo el que hay además bastante viejo. Además indican que en la casa habría una abundante cesta de desayuno, cosa que no había al llegar, y al llamar la primera vez Marta nos indico que eso era antes y que ya no se dejaba, sin embargo, siguen indicando en la reserva que la dejan, cuando no es así, por lo que ruego para futuros huéspedes que lo cambien. Las fotos del anuncio están claramente retocadas con filtros o son de hace mucho tiempo, ya que hay diferencias con el estado actual de la casa. En definitiva, decepcionante, aunque la casa está ubicada en un pueblo muy cerca de Buitrago y en buena zona y solucionando estás cosillas de gestión y limpieza, sería mucho mejor, por nuestra parte no volveríamos, ya que ha sido desesperante estar todo el fin de semana preocupados e intentado contactar para tener calefacción y agua caliente.

#### Bien pero una pena el tema de la limpieza

No quiero escribir nada acerca de nuestro parecer en cuanto a la limpieza prefiero comentarlo con el propietario por privado para que tome cartas en el asunto para futuros clientes. Plantea bastantes dudas con respecto a las medidas que hay que adoptar frente al COVID19\. Ruego se ponga en contacto conmigo.
