Family Fun
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the cabin. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We had 8 adults so the fifth bedroom with the wagon bed didn’t work out but there’s plenty of room for a blow up mattress in the loft. One note to others, if you plan to spend the afternoon out on the back patio bring an umbrella or canopy as it gets pretty sunny mid afternoon.

Lovely home with everything you need ... I recommend it highly. One thing I did not realize is that the photo of the covered wagon & game table was one of the bedrooms. We had to do some shuffling to accommodate one of the single adults that was going to stay in that bed. Kids would love that bed!! Great home!

Wonderful Cabin Vacation
We walked into a very pleasant and clean cabin, fill with all the amenities that were said to be provided as well as some extras which was very nice. The area was beautiful and the people were kind it was an absolutely wonderful time being at the cabin, and I would highly recommend this one specific one to anyone looking to get away for a big, we would love to come stay here again and hopefully this time we can catch a fish or two!

This property was one of the best we have ever used for our vacations and getaways! (We have booked through VRBO 7 or 8 times) I cannot say enough good things about the cleanliness, warmth, and amenities provided at this home. We all absolutely loved the great pains that were taken in decorating this home. The moose and bear cabin theme were just perfect and definitely made us feel like we were on a vacation in the mountains, especially since we are from the Sonoran Desert in southern AZ. We also appreciated the guest book provided to help with anything we may need while in the area and with recommendations for various goods and services. The air hockey table was an added extra bonus that we ALL enjoyed! Thank you to the Akins family for providing us with a wonderful luxury cabin that we were able to use to make some very special family memories! We hope to stay here again in the future! Very highly recommend!

This was a lovely home with comfortable, clean furnishings for every room. It had everything we needed and more. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. I wasn't too concerned about the proximity of the highway to the backyard patio, even with a 7 and 9 year old and the noise was minimal. They had 4 nice patio recliners to use (they are stored inside). Loved the garage space, we could park both cars, which is super important during the winter, but nice during a rainy summer too.

Great Family Getaway
We were very comfortable and relaxed in your home. Perfect getaway for our family. Lots of great amenities including a fully stocked kitchen. We’re only a family of 4. So there was more than enough room for us to spread out in your 5 bedroom home with loft area. I would just recommend providing clean blankets available in the bedroom closets for those who do not want to use the bedspreads. Thank you again for your warm hospitality.

Great cabin for a family getaway
We enjoyed a fun family weekend in Pinetop! We were hoping for snow and lucked out. Cabin is darling and just as it appears in the photos. Very clean and fully stocked. We loved the convenience of the gas fireplace. Only ‘complaint’ would be the location as the back yard looks out on to the busy White Mountain Highway. But otherwise this is a great cabin for a couple of families to enjoy some mountain air!

Great for Family Getaway!
We stayed for a long weekend away from the heat of the Valley and truly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is clean and comfortable and everyone had plenty of space! The patio is perfect for enjoying the cool weather, so much so, we spent most of our time out there! The walking path behind the property was great for daily walk among the pines. We found the kitchen to be well appointed, we cooked the majority of our meals in and loved being able to seat everyone around the large table. The owners were easy to work with and available when needed. We are already looking forward to a return visit - maybe when there is snow, so we can take advantage of all the fun snow toys in the garage!

Nestled in a quiet gated clean neighborhood, beautiful exterior and the interior is very impressive, furnished like a home should be, very well equipped for a stay away from home. Very easy access and centrally located. All of the other reviews are spot on, not much more you could say other than a perfect experience. This is an annual trip and we will definitely look to this property next year.

The "cabin" is a beautiful well designed and adorably decorated home. Don't let the title "cabin" fool you - home is quite large and spacious. The cabin provided a great comfortable place for 4 adult siblings visiting an ailing Aunt to hang out while providing separate space for everyone to head to their own space if needed. Also, it was very nice to have king size bed in 1 room, doubles/queens in 2 rooms (twins in other 2 rooms) & not the "lets see how many bunk beds we can cram into 1 room concept." The only "downs" sides were the street noise that could be heard at night in the bedrooms on the back side of the house & we were unable to figure out the TV service to view local weather and news. No "deal breaker issues."

Great cabin for my large family.
We stayed here to go skiing at Sunrise with our big family. Lots of room and convenient to Sunrise ski area. We had a great time playing in the 2+ feet of snow.
