« We had a rough stay here. While I understand this isn't a 4-star hotel, our basic needs were not met. When initially booking this place, it said there was a continental breakfast. There wasn't. It forced us to spend additional money on breakfast. We had many cleanliness issues as well. The floors were so dirty, like they haven't been mopped in years. The grounds were also gross. We also had issues receiving daily towels for showers. Even when we called to request towels, sometimes they...

« The house was nicely updated and very clean overall. We had 3 issues. 1) no ice or water from the fridge. The property management had some one out within a few hours and resolve it. 2) Utensils, glasses, cups, and plates weee not clean in the cabinets and drawers. The coffee cups had dried coffee stains that easily washed off. Property management only replied with "sorry for the inconvenience". We washed everything before use which was a pain and just gross. 3) the Nest thermostat reset to...

« The Coconut Retreat was a perfect place for my group of girlfriends! There was plenty of sleeping options and all beds were comfortable. The host was very good at communicating and confirming/answering all questions quickly, and was very accommodating. It was a bit too chilly outside so we didn't get to use full access of the pool, but the outdoor area was fantastic!Definitely enjoyed our stay! »
