Listing was as advertised if not better than advertised. Had everything we needed in the unit which made the overnight super convenient. Everything is updated, clean, beds were comfortable, and check in was a breeze. Will definitely look to book again.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was perfect - terrific kitchen, nice living room and comfortable beds. We couldn't take advantage of it, but the patio is a nice plus. Our trip was busy, so it was disappointing that we couldn't just hang out at the place more. We had good, responsive communication with our hosts and all details related to our stay were well laid out for us. Thank you. Hopefully we will return.

We did enjoy our stay, even though it was brief. We arrived after dark and your directions were spot on and helpful. We found the unit without any issues. Access way easy.The only criticism I have is we set the Tstat to 67 and the face read "hold until 7am" and we are usually awake by then so we thought it would be fine. Unfortunately, we woke up very hot multiple times during the night and the Tstat had reset itself to 72. That was very frustrating. Maybe we were not operating it correctly, but I would suggest verifying with the host to operate the Tstat and make sure it stays where you want it.We were very happy with the beds, linens, and overall cleanliness. The host did a great job with the design, finishes, and furnishings.I would stay here again, but I would make sure the Tstat situation is sorted out first.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at The Duffers Drop. We were in the area for a golf tournament and decided to make a weekend of it. This was the perfect spot for our mommy/daughter getaway. We felt safe and the condo was very clean and welcoming. The location was convenient for shopping and grabbing something to eat, but also well equipped for the couple of meals we had there. The hosts were very responsive and answered quickly when we had a question. We would definitely book again.

Better than the best hotel in Pinehurst!

We loved this sweet condo. Great location; we took walks along the perimeter of the golf course, right outside the door. We made coffee and breakfast in the VERY well stocked kitchen, and slept in a lovely bed with good shades that kept it dark until we were acclimated to the time zone. We used the washer and dryer: we watched TV on a giant screen; and loved the proximity to the restaurant at The Carolina Hotel. Less than 5 minutes away by car. We want to stay again. Truly lovely decor and location, and the hosts were awesome! I had a little trouble with the TV and they were quick to respond and fix the problem. Can't say enough good about this place.
