No screened porch and porch bar a shambles. Had to clean some dish shelves and did all silverware, dishes, cups to make sure were clean. Grill brush and deck broom unusea le. Would not use fire pit for a fire afraid a spark could light the pine needles covering the complete back yard. Back yard totally unkept. Large rubbish container filled totally to the top when arrived. Have been coming annually to Pinehurst with sons since 2009 and this is the worst review, unfortunately, we have ever written.
