The house is within walking distance to everything. There is plenty of room and the bedroom bathroom layout is unique and works perfectly. We used it for a quick extended family get together with ages ranging from 16 - 80\. I can also see how this home was designed and laid out for the perfect guys golf trip. Also has a great outdoor space. The only thing we would recommend would be a few more pots and pans because we cooked a lot. Also the girls needed more coat hangers. But these were small issues.
