Aug 8, 2025 Disliked: Check-in, communication #### lle Lage, aber viele Mängel und schlechte Kommunikation – nur bedingt empfehlenswert Die Lage ist top – keine Minute vom Strand entfernt, mit schöner Terrasse und Bergblick. Leider gibt es erhebliche Mängel. Ein immer wiederkehrender, starker Geruch (vermutlich vom Klärwerk) ist sehr unangenehm. Zudem hört man regelmäßig den Zug, der auf Höhe der Unterkunft laut hupt.Die Unterkunft war grob sauber, aber die Einrichtung ist veraltet. Vieles funktioniert nicht: defekter Deckenventilator, blockierte Schranktür, lockere Türklinke, kaputtes Türschloss. Das nervt – auch wenn es den Urlaub nicht völlig ruiniert.Einen Tag vor Anreise erhielten wir auf Nachfrage die Info, den Schlüssel eventuell schon vor der Check-in-Zeit zu bekommen – positiv. Am Reisetag gerieten wir jedoch in einen Stau. Wir kamen nur 15 Minuten vor Schließung der Agentur an. Hätten wir uns um 30 Minuten verspätet, wäre niemand mehr erreichbar gewesen – mit unklaren Folgen. Keine Nachfrage, keine Reaktion seitens der Agentur.Generell war die Kommunikation enttäuschend. Die hinterlegte Nummer funktioniert nur per WhatsApp – eine Antwort erhielten wir nie. Die Schlüsselabholung erfolgte unpersönlich im 100 m entfernten Büro, ohne Einweisung oder Schadensprotokoll. Direkt nach Ankunft mussten wir alle Mängel selbst dokumentieren – kein idealer Urlaubsbeginn.Wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht und die Zeit größtenteils außerhalb verbracht.Fazit: Nur im Notfall zu empfehlen, wenn es keine bessere Alternative gibt. ##### Daras C.
