Its interior is spacious and bright with small details to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Its greatest charm is its location, as it is only 69 meters from the beach, the train station, and very close to all services. An excellent choice to spend a fantastic vacation with the family.   
  
Pineda de Mar is certified with the family tourism destination brand, ideal for an unforgettable vacation in a quiet environment. Its wide and long beach offers a wide variety of cafes, terraces, and restaurants where you can enjoy a variety of Mediterranean cuisine. It has a large number of green spaces and playgrounds that make it a privileged place to enjoy your family vacation. Pineda de Mar has a train station that runs along the entire Maresme Coast, facilitating travel in case you don\\'t want to use your vehicle. It also has a tourist train that can take you on a pleasant trip through the town of Pineda de Mar and its surroundings.

#### Annonce mensongère

L annonce propose un séjour avec vue panoramique sur la mer et idéal en famille. Si la mer n était pas loin, elle était masquée par la gare et son défilé de train permanent. Quartier très bruyant tant à cause de la gare que du voisinage. Impossible de se reposer ou dormir. Le train sonne à chaque arrivée en gare. En outre les photos datent car l appartement est virilisant. Nous avons quitté le logement des le lendemain. Ce n était pas possible de rester pour la fille. Le personnel de l agence était particulièrement désagréable. Ils n ont rien faire vouloir faire pour nous reloger. Il n a pas non plus voulu rembourser une partie de la location (au moins les frais de dossier et de ménage à plus de 100 euros). Je déconseille cette agence qui propose des annonces mensongères

#### Estancia céntrica y agradable en Pineda de Mar

El apartamento está situado en el centro. Cerca de aparcamiento gratuito (plazas de arena), en el bullicioso bulevar de Pineda de Mar y de la playa y prácticamente al lado de la estación de tren. No hay problemas con el ruido del tren o del exterior, el apartamento está bien aislado y tiene persianas. En el balcón hay una pequeña zona de estar desde donde se puede observar todo el bullicio. La organización que lo alquiló fue fácilmente accesible para preguntas y sugerencias. El sistema de persiana enrollable no funcionó correctamente, después de recibir un mensaje, un técnico vino inmediatamente al día siguiente. La mayor desventaja era que no había aire acondicionado en la casa. Varios ventiladores y contraventanas para protegerse del sol. La vajilla no era grande ni estaba completamente completa. No había instrucciones para la lavadora, por lo que esto fue un poco complicado.
