It has a fan, one on the ceiling in the living room and 1 standing fan, for the hottest days of summer.   
  
Vianka Apartment is ideal for spending magnificent holidays with family or friends as it has all the amenities.

· The house is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of guests.   
  
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.   
  
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time on the property.   
  
Check-in:   
  
· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.   
  
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

· Out-of-hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.   
  
· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.   
  
· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1.75€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.   
  
. Deposit of 200 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.   
  
In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.   
  
\- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.   
  
Cleaning:   
  
. The house must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.   
  
IMPORTANT:   
  
In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.   
  
Beach towels are not provided.   
  
Keys:   
  
· Loss of property keys: Price £100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new key set.   
  
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's tariff, to be paid on-site to the technician.   
  
Rules:   
  
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.   
  
· No parties or celebrations are permitted on the property.   
  
. Pets are welcome on this property. Price per night 6 euros. Stay from 7 nights 40 euros   
  
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
