"We visited Watkins Glen as a party of 8. This home provided more than enough space for all of us and was a great location for walking into town and walking to Watkins Glen State Park. The stairs at the other end of the street made it easier to get up and down the hill, and we wish we had noticed them when we first arrived.The downstairs bedrooms were much cooler than the other rooms, but they did eventually warm up once the heaters were turned on.Communication was good and the property was...

"It’s a charming little one room cabin. If you’re into rustic it’s for you. Right behind the cabin donkeys are grazing and very cute. I was aware there wasn’t running water and the toilet was compost, but I couldn’t handle a commode so close to the bed. It was clean enough inside and nicely decorated. The lawn chairs outside were somewhat rotted and worn out with a nest of some sort inside when we unfolded one. Bird poop on the entry handrail…With alittle more attention to detail it could...
