The house was so cute and pretty private, especially looking out the back doors, which had a view of just the mountains behind us, and the wildlife that came around. The swingset was a fun addition for our family, and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the fans in the rooms and with the window and balcony door screens,we had great airflow. It was very pleasant. I wish I'd have come in the right side of the parking lot so i would have seen the telephone number of the hosts right on the front porch, which would have helped us when we we first got there, but luckily the vrbo app finally downloaded, and my daughter found the info. It all worked out, but next time we will know better how to find the information about our entry code. The location at the end of a dirt road on a mountainside with picturesque views was magical. Watching the sunrise from the East deck in the mornings and watching deer wander through the yard in the evenings were my favorite things about this mini-vacation! Our hosts made check in and checkout easy and they were very accommodating of our request to host a family Sunday dinner. My family had an amazing time here. Cabin was clean, as described. At the end of a quiet street, so the only noise was the birds (and rare 4-wheeler driving up the road). We saw many deer and a couple of wild turkeys. Great yard for the kids and us to play in. Great location for quiet time, relaxation, and time with family. We spent time on all 3 decks and watched the giant storm clouds, rain, snow, hail and wild turkeys. The dog loved exploring the huge green backyard and we loved the views from every window. Awesome property, about an acre but with no one above you can just step over the fence and keep going. Great for walking a dog. Biggest drawback is distance from St George (about 40 minute drive) and the last bit of the road to the cabin is steep and unpaved with poor drainage. Would be terrible in soggy weather.
