"Felt like home. The cabin has quality comfortable furniture, well decorated, clean, great Weber grill and out door flat top grill. The view is beautiful. The lake is clean and sandy. We visited Itasca State Park three times. The hikes and facilities never disappoint.Great kayak trips on the Lake. Caught some enormous Large Mouth Bass fishing in my kayak. Park Rapids and the quirky little town of Dorset are close by. Mark is a phenomenal host. He is very responsive yet leaves you to enjoy your stay. Guest are very fortunate they share their Summer House.We hope to return in the fall for another relaxing stay."
