"Spent two nights between work obligations and was looking forward to the spa and lovely surroundings - spa was closed on a Wednesday do to fire drill?!?!? So that was a big disappointment - and I ask about occupancy rate for my stay - 8% - and they give me a room facing the parking lot not the lovely view on back side of rooms - - I will say the manager even though she called at 930 in evening and woke me - called to apologize about the spa and gave me a complimentary breakfast. Will say the 40 a day resort fee was an insult since I could not enjoy the resort amenities- they said they would refund and will check my cc statement to see if they followed thru - staff was aware and very nice. Will point out when I called to make a spa reservation for two services which were on line - one was not available anymore - which was moot but they also need to update the spa menu "
