Waterpark is an additional $25.00, and is only open right now (April) from 11am-6pm. Checkout is at 10am so you won’t be able to go back to your room after the water park if you checked out. When I pushed it they gave in and gave me “late” checkout at 12pm. There are no showers or changing rooms for the waterpark.

Clean hotel and great friendly staff

Nice room!, however, the porch light was so bright, at night it looked like the lights were still in! This attracted many bugs. We had to run for our lives to get through them. But overall it was really spacious and clean! We always stay here when we visit florida.

The free breakfast was not good. There were round unflavored eggs but no meat of any kind. I have never been to a hotel breakfast where there wasnt bacon or atleast sausage. The check in process was horrible. Went to check in and there was a man at the desk just looking at people. There were 5 partiea a head of me. After ten minutes, I heard him say the computer was down. He could have looked up and told the newer customers this news. After 40 minutes another lady took our info and gave us parking passes and then manually a room key. There was no apology,discount or upgrade offered. One time the elevator didnt work so everyone had to hike up the stairs. 1 garbage can per room. There needs to be one in bathroom and one in the main room. Parking is available but I think during peak summer season there will be a problem.

Will stay again. So close to the parks and very clean.
