Step outside to the wrap-around deck on private lot surrounded by trees for a tranquil experience (to read a book or enjoy a glass of wine or coffee). This beach house is located in cozy, non-tourist Pine Knoll Shores, so you can enjoy a peaceful vacation. Yet, it is close to the aquarium, dining, nightlife and shopping in Atlantic Beach & Morehead City. Close proximity to beach, causeway and golf course! The beds are comfortable and bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and updated. The kitchen is not equipped for cooking and needs updated items such as; cookware/serving/storage/etc. The inside of the cabinets were not neat nor clean. Not a big deal if you are eating out. Ziplock bags saved the day.The walk to the beach is 7 minutes at a normal pace by walking a few houses on the main road to a side street leading to the beach access (1 long block). There was not a pull cart available, we managed just fine (2 adults).The beach is not crowded at the neighborhood access, very nice.Overall, it was a lovely stay and a great location. ##### Sue R. For what it is the place offers you a lot. There is a DVD player and movies for you to watch at night. Personal parking is nice. They have towels laid out for you. There’s plenty of things for you that if you went and got your own food you could have a comfortable and convenient stay if you didn’t want to eat out. The place was clean and the bed were comfortable. I disliked the plumbing job on the toilet in the side set of bedrooms, but other wise the place was great. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! I had 2 elderly family members with me, and it was very easy for them to get around in the house! The decor was beautiful! We loved sitting outside. I have nothing bad to say about the home! The beach access is a little walk but nothing crazy. There weren't a lot of people there which was nice, and they even have a water spout to clean off in the yard before going back inside. The house is so close to everything.
