This is an end unit, closest to the beach with outstanding ocean views in either direction. This is truly one of kind condo with a larger living area & bedrooms. Lots of your room for your family! Access to beach is literally 55 steps and the pool is 40 front steps from the front door!. Parking is convenient and covered area directly at front door. You will receive 2 parking passes and they must stay on vehicles at all times. PLEASE NOTE: CHARCOAL GRILLS ARE NOT PERMTTED AT THIS COMPLEX, PER THE HOA.
