Immerse yourself in the relaxed atmosphere of North Carolina’s picturesque Crystal Coast, where every moment invites you to unwind and savor an exceptional escape marked by both serenity and accessibility. The outdoor pool is available for guests from approximately the first week of May until the first week of October, depending on weather conditions. This well-kept ocean view townhouse is situated about 15 miles between Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle, right along North Carolina’s picturesque Crystal Coast. Its semi-secluded setting ensures a peaceful, uncrowded beach experience just a short walk from your doorstep. Additionally, you’ll find convenient access to a variety of local restaurants, attractions, and shopping opportunities. Notable nearby destinations include the NC Aquarium, Fort Macon, and the charming historic town of Beaufort, all offering enriching experiences for visitors. Inside, the townhouse features three spacious bedrooms and two and a half baths, complemented by a comfortable living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is ideal for families, featuring two twin-size beds, and the living room is equipped with a queen-size sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. To enhance your comfort, the unit includes a washer and dryer for easy laundry access, as well as two flat-screen TVs with cable—one Samsung Smart TV in the living room and a Roku Smart TV in the master bedroom. Entertainment options abound, with DVD players, a 3rd TV in the queen bedroom featuring Roku access to Xfinity, and a selection of books and games for all ages. For guests traveling with children, removable bed rails, a highchair, and a pak-n-play are provided, ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone. Please be aware that sheets and towels are not included with your stay. To ensure you have everything you need, remember to bring your own linens. If packing linens isn’t ideal, you can easily reserve them through Island Essentials, whose team is available to help make your visit more convenient and comfortable. Additionally, we updated the two sliding doors to the unit. 2024 brought new ceiling fan in living room and new exterior faucet In 2023, we added a new Roku TV in the Master bedroom, a new microwave, beach chairs, and a coffee pot. Moving back to 2022, we replaced the Central Air Conditioner and Heat Pump, installed a new glass-top electric stove, and added a Polywood table and chairs on the deck. We also installed new flooring in the entry, stairs, landings, and bathrooms, and upgraded the Master and Guest bathrooms with comfort height Toto toilets. A Roku was installed on the TV in the Queen bedroom as well. In 2021, the deck was furnished with Polywood outdoor rockers and a table, new windows were installed, a new hot water heater was added, the deck floor was newly painted, and a Samsung 55” Smart TV was placed in the living room. In 2020, a new screen door was installed on the boardwalk, and touch door locks were added. In 2019, the entire house was repainted, and all bathrooms received new lights, mirrors, sinks, faucets, countertops, and cabinetry. New window treatments, a new garbage disposal, and a new kitchen light were also added. In 2018, all bedrooms received new mattresses, and the kitchen was stocked with new dishes, utensils, and comfort amenities such as cushions and pillows. In 2017, a brand-new AC unit installed, as well as a sofa bed and love seat. In 2016, we added a brand-new refrigerator, dishwasher, and dryer. In 2015, the kitchen received a granite countertop, sink, and faucet. Finally, in 2014, we installed a tile floor in the kitchen, half bath, and dining room area, and added a TV in the Master bedroom. This property was purchased in 2017 from a fellow ocean lover who wants to make sure your time at the beach is comfortable, relaxed and allows you to just enjoy the experience of being on the water and sand. Our house was just as it was described being steps away from the beach access. It was very comfortable and had a lot of amenities on site which was very nice. Everyone had such a good time hanging out at the beach followed by the pool on site and sitting outside on the deck enjoying the evening breeze. Lots of fishing on the beach along with a very successful fishing charter. We enjoyed some local restaurants in Emerald Isle as well. The property is very quiet and secluded which was a plus for our group. Bedrooms on two floors offers more privacy. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a first floor entry/laundry area which provided space for our beach bags and sandy shoes. As the third unit from the beach, it was an easy walk to the ocean and an equally short walk to the pool. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat. We all enjoyed the layout which has a king sized bed with a private bath (and balcony), a queen bed in the other large room, and twin beds for the kids in the middle level room. This worked perfectly for our family which consisted of 4 adults and 2 young children. We spent a large amount of time at the pool which is well kept, large and shaded during parts of the day. Everyone is incredibly friendly and there are plenty of places to explore close to the beach house (goofy golf, restaurants, pizza (that delivers!), Fort Macon, Beaufort, etc. Klaudia is exceptional to work with. Very communicative and helpful if you need her. Would highly recommend for anybody looking for a quick walk to both the beach and pool. ##### Megan S. Taking all of our beach “necessities” down to the sand only took minutes. Also the ability to go in and out through the laundry room (ground floor) and the living room (main floor) made things super convenient. The views of the ocean from the porch and master deck were great. The way that the unit is laid out and the soaring ceilings gave space and privacy. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining room provided a great space for meals. Bedrooms were spacious with the twin bed room being the smallest. The furniture in the living room was very comfy and there was plenty of room in there to watch TV, play a game or read. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was so helpful. Another great thing about Spivey’s Korner was its convenience to restaurants, grocery store, putt-putt golf and the aquarium. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone wanting to rent a family-friendly place at the beach with ocean views and easy beach access. It was perfect. Only steps away from the ocean, which was never overly crowded! Having the pool on the lot was awesome too for when we wanted a break from the waves. Check in was a breeze and the location was easy to find! The kitchen was stocked up with everything we would have needed to cook meals when we didnt want to go out to eat! Klaudia was an amazing host! She always responded very quickly and even went out of her way to send me info on different events going on in the area at the time of our stay! The condo is very well appointed and plenty of space for everyone to put their belongings in drawers and closets without tripping over suitcases. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook all three meals if you wish. Just steps from the beach it is an absolutely lovely condo. The beach is amazing, and not crowded at all. The bonus that sold us on this rental over others was the pool, which was nice for the kids to transition to after several hours of playing on the beach. Very easy access to the beach, and the complex has a pool. The house is cleverly laid out to make full use of space. Because there is no condos nearby, the beach is not crowded. This location is a nice find. Not as expensive as the single family houses in Emerald Isle, but just as nice for a family. The property manager is very responsive and we had everything we needed. The location of the property cannot be beat. Right on the beach, and plenty of room to spread out. The unit was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Both my 9 and 13 year old liked it as well. The only thing missing is a direct view of the ocean from the living spaces, but we enjoyed the large common area deck to get our evening views in. The location is unbelievable, just steps to private beach access. Gorgeous sunrise and ocean views from the master bedroom as well as the porch. The home has everything you need for a great vacation as well as comforts that make the vacation that much better. I read two paperback books while we visited from the library they have in the upstairs hall. The different levels allow for plenty of space to spread out and relax. The unit was super clean and just allowed us to settle in quickly. There is an abundance of beach and pool items available and outdoor hose to clean off. The pool feels very private and is easily accessible from property. Finally, communication with the owner was beyond easy and the keyless entry on both doors made the process seamless. The area was really peaceful, lots of dolphin sightings and some of the clearest water I’ve ever seen in the Atlantic. Just wonderful all around! ##### Adele H. The condo was clean and had all amenities that we needed. The kitchen was well supplied with everything needed for cooking etc. Appliances were top notch including a large washer and dryer. Beds and all living furniture were very comfortable and clean. Owners had great library! Location to beach was very convenient. Potential vacationers should be aware that there are lots of steps down to beach as well as steps to the 3 levels in the condo. This condo was \*exactly\* what my family and I were hoping for. It was clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and more! The location cannot be beat and everyone we ran into was friendly. The beach was not crowded at all and there were lots of families and older folks so it wasn’t a party scene at all. That’s the best of both worlds! Very timely and helpful communication with the owner when needed. Views of the ocean from main level and master balconies.
