Brittany, the host, was very responsive. We had no issues whatsoever throughout the stay. The condo had plenty of space, was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Having the sound directly out the back steps made for a peaceful and relaxing vibe. Great to wake up to that view from the master bedroom or spend time enjoying the view from the screened in porch. Beach is conveniently located. We spent a lot of time at the large, clean pool just steps away. We had it to ourselves most of the time. Use of the kayaks and boogie boards was a bonus! It was also helpful that all the linens were included and there were plenty of beach towels. Would definitely recommend Coastal Tides Retreat! ##### Tracy N. The condo was immaculate, Britney the host was very responsive and helpful. We ended up cooking most of our meals because the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. The kitchen appliances are very nice and new. She even has beach towels, chairs and kayaks available. The views out the windows and right off the deck are priceless. You don’t get to see sunsets like this on the beachside. This condo is perfectly positioned on the sound, next to the marina and across from one of the main pools. This is great for young families, families with teens or even just a couples retreat. Located in Beacon’s Reach, this community is a hidden gem. You have private beach access (a short walk from condo), private sound access, multiple pools, tennis courts and miles of shady sidewalks and trails that all connect to each other from the sound and on the beachside. The toughest decision you will make is if you want to walk through the gorgeous well maintained community or on the beach.
