Complex has Elevators, Grilling Facility, Community Pool (open May thru September 9am - 11pm), Community Boardwalk Beach Access. Note - Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay. Parking limit 2 cars - parking pass per car required. Boats and trailers are not permitted from Memorial Day through Labor Day. PLEASE NOTE: CHECK-IN LOCATION FOR THIS PROPERTY IS AT OUR ATLANTIC BEACH OFFICE. Even though this is a keyless rental, you must stop by our AB office to pick up your Check-In Packet with your parking passes. Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays. NO SMOKING.
