It sits in a small town with a relaxed feel, close to local bars, restaurants, and unique shops that are easy to explore. The house has two bedrooms and one bathroom, along with an upstairs loft that offers extra space to relax or sleep. Outside, there is a large covered patio that is great for enjoying the fresh mountain air, and it includes a propane grill for outdoor cooking. The home includes a full kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking, including cookware, dishes, and basic essentials. There is also a large dining room table that is well suited for group meals, board games, or gathering together. For downtime, the living area features a 75 inch TV with YouTube TV, which includes all major live networks and sports. For guests who need to work during their stay, the home includes a workspace with a monitor for connecting a laptop, fast WiFi, and reliable 5G cellular service. There is also plenty of parking available on the property. Overall, the home is a comfortable mountain getaway that works well for both relaxing and getting things done, while offering a cooler escape from the Phoenix heat. This is a pet friendly home subject to the following conditions. These requirements are strictly enforced to protect the property, stay within Gila County regulations, and maintain positive relationships with neighboring residents. 1\. House Training and Behavior Standards All pets must be fully house trained and well behaved. Pets may not scratch doors, floors, walls, or furnishings, and any damage caused by pets will be the guest’s responsibility. 2\. Size Limitation Pets must weigh no more than 35 pounds. No exceptions. The backyard fence is approximately 30 inches high, and larger dogs have previously been able to jump the fence and enter neighboring properties, creating safety and liability concerns. 3\. Supervision and Noise Control Pets may not be left outside unattended at any time. Excessive barking or disruptive behavior is not permitted, as it disturbs nearby residents and violates community expectations. Down side was only 1 bathroom and toilet seat lost a screw so was not secure. Kitchen was stocked well although needed a couple more kitchen towels. Unfortunately cabinet under sink was loose and hanging off a bit. Easy to fix by cleaners with a screw driver. Shame these were overlooked prior to check in. Outdoor furniture was dirty and had spider webs. Cleaning crew should’ve cleaned those off prior to check in. ##### Linda K.
