They did great with their initial rental (somehow we were the first renters!) The cottage is clean, in fine shape, and everything just \*works\*. Friendly notes throughout and a "renter's guide" were nice touches. We really liked the large porch, watching all kinds of wildlife. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, off the main path, virtually no traffic, nice and relaxing. But just a short 10min ride to downtown Pine for groceries/supplies, thrift stores, dining (Old County pizza!!)
