Relax on the large wrap around porch with comfy rocking chairs and an outdoor table for 6 or hang out on the back covered porch where youā€™ll find a patio set overlooking the fire pit which also seats 4-6 people. Your family will enjoy the side deck with additional outdoor seating twinkling lights overhead and an electronic dart board. Cook dinner on the propane bbq grill and play a game of horseshoes. The kids will love the swing set built into the tall pines too! Inside youā€™ll find a well stocked kitchen with brand new appliances and all the pots, pans, dinnerware, etc to create basic meals or the most extravagant dinners. A Keurig, toaster oven, Vita-mix blender and crock pot are also available. Newer appliances include an electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice and water dispensers. Enjoy your meals at the dining room table that seats 6. Sit by the propane fireplace that turns on and off with the click of a switch in the sitting area. You can still watch all of your favorite tv shows on the new 55ā€ tv with YouTube tv and other free tv apps available via Roku while lounging on the comfy, reclining sofa and loveseat. The master bedroom has a king bed with a new mattress, full closet, tv and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with new mattress and gel topper as well as a closet and tv. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size mattress, a twin up top and twin trundle underneath. All have new mattresses. A closet and TV are in this room as well. Strawberry is a tiny town just north of Pine. Nearby youā€™ll find lots of hiking trails, off road trails, lakes and plenty of super cute restaurants and shops. There is a small grocery store in Pine for all the basics or head 20 minutes into Payson for the big box stores. Within walking distance from the cabin youā€™ll find the Windmill coffee shop, the Pie Bar, Mama Joeā€™s Italian restaurant and a couple other restaurants to check out. \*We do not allow pets.\* That said, dogs were allowed in the past so we are not 100% allergy free in case thatā€™s an issue. \*Must be 25+ years old to rent. ID required\* \*Gila County STR ordinance allows us to accommodate up to 7 total guests. Overnight guests beyond 7 will result in a $500/night fee and they will be required to vacate the premise immediately. Note that we have an electronic keypad and will provide you with your own code to used for the duration of your stay. Come and go as you please without the worry of carrying a key. We also utilize a Ring doorbell and an outdoor camera facing the front yard for security purposes. We chose this cabin based on its walking distance proximity to restaurants and that the cabin itself was updated & on a nice sized lot surrounded by pines. Very, very clean, cozy, comfortable, well-furnished and decorated. Outdoor areas were also amazing! Fun games to enjoy and everything you could possibly want for a vacation spot. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked!! We couldnā€™t have picked a better place or location. The elk were out every evening grazing. At night we could hear them calling. The kids had plenty to do when we werenā€™t out hiking and enjoying the outdoors. We all had an amazing time and we canā€™t wait to get back there ASAP!! ##### Paula M. Weā€™ve stayed at several VRBO locations over the years, but this is the first time an owner has called us shortly after arrival to make sure check in went smoothly. The cabin exceeded our expectations and is just amazing outside as it is inside! High quality appliances, all the kitchen, bath, home supplies you would need. Everything was clean with the sweetest touches of strawberry decor scattered throughout the home! The outdoor area offered multiple places to relax or dine, play and explore! Heather was amazing with communication and we loved the extra brochures, maps, bird guide, etc that were on hand! Thank you for a home away from home and for the lovely welcome gift! They played outside on the swings and explored in the woods all day long. While we rested in the porch keeping an eye but relaxing as well. The cabin has extra attention to quality! Sheets, towels, linens everything was soft and clean. Beds were very cozy. Every room has a tv and easy to use. We will be back! Heather was a great hostess and very communicative.
