Denver Red Rocks HOTTUB skiing horseback Make memories at this Amazing mountain escape offering multiple experiences for the whole family, including a relaxing living room with peaceful breathtaking views and a downstairs game room with ping pong table and multiple arcades or step outside to enjoy fresh mountain air from the comfort of the hot tub. This horse property features a climbing playground set and disc golf baskets. Convenient location close to Colorado amenities, including red rocks concerts and great restaurants, while also providing hiking, horseback riding, skiing, or some nearby rivers for fly fishing. There are Three Horse stalls and a fenced in stable (currently being updated) please contact us if you would like to rent out for additional fee and bring your horses to explore some of Colorado many trails including Staunton state park that you can ride to. This luxurious 3800 sq ft home can sleep up to 12 comfortably with a total of 9 beds, including 1 king, 3 queen, 4 twins, and a pull-out full-sized sofa. The master bedroom with a private deck also boosts an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in closet, and a huge custom shower with a bench large enough to lay down on and 6 adjustable body sprays to enjoy a luxury spa experience. The basement includes a full entertaining living room with a rock ‘n roll theme which includes a bar height game table. This leads into an Arcade and game room featuring 4 arcades, a Japanese slot machine, and a ping pong table in a heated garage which includes a tv and full-sized fridge. Through a door in the arcade leads to a sunroom with tables and access to a hot tub on the outside patio under the stars. On the main floor, includes a fully stocked kitchen with an adjacent office which includes a full-size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping area. The large office can provide a nice workspace with beautiful views of the pines. The deck just off the office provides a quiet area to enjoy comfortable outdoor seating with a gas firepit. Main floor also includes a large living room with large windows to enjoy beautiful views of Mount Blue Sky and Lions Head. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms with queen beds, the ski lodge and the adventure bedroom. Let your adventures begin and find the secret door though the bookshelf into another living area or game room with a ship ladder leading to a loft, which has 2 twin beds and amazing views of the mountain scenery. More unique perks: • Remote Key Entry. • Starlink High-Speed Wi-Fi • 2.2 acres with a small sledding hill behind the house. • Quick access to many miles of horse and hiking trails. • Horse barn with 3 available horse stalls, fence is currently under maintenance, reach out if interested in use of horse barn for additional fee. • Outdoor dining table on the front deck. The back deck has outdoor seating with a gas fire pit and gas grill makes a serene outdoor living space. • Luxury thick comforters for all bedrooms. • Coffee pot and Keurig, several K-cups are supplied to get your morning started. • Full stocked kitchen, and all standard appliances, including Ninja blender and crockpot. • Washer and dryer on the bottom floor, with hypoallergenic laundry soap and dryer sheets provided. • Hair dryers, make-up mirror, shampoo/condition and bodywash. • Outdoor jungle gym for the kids. • Pet friendly, the yard is not fenced in, medium sized dog kennels are available. Guest access Guests will have remote key access to the whole house and property except for locked maintenance closets in garage and outbuilding. Property lines are defined by driveway and barn. Other things to note Rules and other things to note • AWD/4WD vehicles strongly recommended during winter months. Normal snowstorms will occur from October through early May. Due to mountain weather decks may be icy, please use caution. You may want to consider travel insurance if you think you might need to cancel due to the weather. • House is equipped with smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors inside, and security cameras and motion detectors outside. This is a neighborhood, and the house is located on the upper side of the mountain, please be respectful of noise levels and sensitive to how noise travels downhill. Be courteous to quiet hours which are between 10pm till 7am. No parties. • Pets: Two well-behaved dogs are welcomed. There is no fenced yard, dogs must be leashed when outside and if left in the home alone, must be kenneled. We will provide dog bowls, dog beds and a medium-sized cage that will be in the garage. • We can typically accommodate requests for EARLY CHECK INS/ LATE CHECK OUTS, but we can only confirm such requests 24 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours. $200 penalty fee for unauthorized late checkout. • Fires/smoking: Open Fires are 100% NOT allowed. Guests are allowed to use the gas firepit provided. There is absolutely no smoking, fireworks or candles allowed inside or outside the house. • Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind from your stay. If any personal items are left at the property, we will, of course, do our best to recover them. However, there will be an automatic charge of $30 plus shipping charges for any items that need to be shipped back to you • Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. No trespassing onto neighbor’s property. It’s beautiful, in a forest, clean and with all the amenities the host detailed. We attended a wedding at Mountain View Ranch and were less than 10 minutes from the venue. It would be great for a wedding party to stay and get ready at as well. The house is private, but close to stores, gas, groceries, restaurant and shops. We very much enjoyed our stay here and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area. We enjoyed the downstairs play spaces, hot tub, and many decks, especially the front deck with its view. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and well supplied. Jim was incredibly responsive to any comment or request which was so appreciated. Highly recommend! ##### Shari C. I got married at Wedgewood Mountain View Ranch about 10 minutes away. My family all came out from Virginia and Tennessee so we rented this house as a homebase for everyone. It couldn't have been more perfect. Host is super responsive, house is great size for hosting friends during the day and having a bed and room for all our family at night. Plenty of room for 8 people, and it was a beautiful and spacious home! My bridesmaids enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, sitting out on the balcony, and the fun rooms that came with the house. I originally had a guest list of 9 people (mixed adults, kids and infants) and at the last mintue had to adjust the guest list to a total of 14 people. The host was super kind and allowed us to update our guest lists at no extra cost! I can't say how much this left a great impression on our stay.The property was just as good as advertised, if not better! All the kids loved the property, especially the "hidden" room! Such a neat little hangout spot for the kids to play, watch movies and sleep. The entire house was fully stocked with everything that we would've needed for a comfortable stay. I'm a bit of a neat freak and I'll have to say, the cleanliness of the house Is unbeatable! The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and coffee which is a definite plus. Cooking and cleaning for a group of 14 was stress free and easy. All the beds were very comfortable and nicely put together. Very welcoming and cozy. I can't say enough about the game room! This is where we spent the majority of our time due to the snow. The arcade games and ping pong table kept everyone busy and we all had an amazing time. Checkout was very fast and easy. The host didn't require any unnecessary checkout requests. Just the usual take out the trash, clean all the dirty dishes and move all towels to the laundry room. I'm so grateful for the hospitality. Highly recommend! Can't wait to come back! ##### bao X.
