Abbie Place is a beautiful spacious Four Bedroom home with two large updated bathrooms. The entry level features a Queen bedroom, large living room, dining room, family room with a full-size sleeper sofa & wood burning fireplace, the kitchen is equipped with everything to make your trip enjoyable, stainless steel refrigerator & dishwasher, microwave, plates, silverware, pot & pans to cook, as well as coffee maker, waffle maker and many of the small appliances and implements you have at home.  
  
 There are three additional queen size bedrooms on the upper level. Second floor full bath.  
There is a washer & dryer to use to keep things clean.  
  
The sunroom is in the back of house, we have a 2 car attached garage, large backyard great for grilling and enjoying your vacation. Parking for RV or any other recreational vehicle with an enclosed fenced. Kids will love to play soccer, volleyball, tennis or basketball, football, you name it in the privacy of this property.  
  
Free Wifi to check emails and to plan your stay.   
 Direct-tv to watch your favorite shows.  
  
There are carbon dioxide detectors & smoke detectors throughout the home. We have two fire extinguishers (1) located under the sink in kitchen (2) in laundry room behind the door. We provide exterior only video camera of property for your safety.

#### Graduation Stay

We were there to attend my grandsons graduation which was magnificent. We cooked and warmed food in the Kitchen which supplied all of the pots and pans. The owner supplied everything you need in thehouse. We had food in the Dining room and the patioRoom which is enclosed. We watched the Basketball Playoffs in the living room. We played games in the Family room ..Our stay was Awesome again. Thank You.

#### Greatest UAPB Homecoming Place

Our arrival was to a fantastic house with a plenty of space for everyone. The home was Very clean and one of the most spacious houses with everything we needed to be comfortable. It was the best house we have stayed in, all made the same compliments. #### A SAD OCCASSION BUT A WELCOMING AND INVITING EXPERIENCE

The host was very accomodating and the communication made us feel very welcomed. The home was spacious, clean, organized, open and bright. Although we traveled to Pine Bluff for a funeral we enjoyed our stay at Ida's Oasis. The property was in an area that would benefit from a security system. Honestly, I was afraid to leave anything there and carried valuables with us. When you walk in, the house had an odor that smells musty and old. There were bugs or roaches in the laundry room.

Family members enjoyed the floor plan of the house. The only area of improvement would be the kitchen. Too small.
