« Clean room, window above dirt let light in off & on as people returned, kept waking us up, halls were very noisy with people in the late evening, and drilling and construction during the evening. The fan was not enough with no outside windows to get cooler air, so it was extremely hot to sleep. Staff were lovely, restaurant was very good, they got us a taxi to airport at a good price. Location good in downtown. Good price. Comfortable bed. »

« Not a bad place, but for the price, It could be better - comparing after a full month in Peru. 1st when I got to my room - hot water didn't work in the shower. I went to the staff and she insisted that that's how showers work and that was fine. I said... no. In no other place in Peru in any hostel, hostal or hotels, showers were so bad. She offered my to change my room the next day and... showers were fine. I don't understand why insist with the customer on something like that. Besides that,...
