"This is the perfect place to stay when visiting AOAA. The host Mary was exceptional, she communicated very well before and throughout our stay. It is the ideal place for a group of guys(or gals) to stay, with everything from a giant tv to a nice flat iron grill to use. All you need is food, bedding and your vehicles. There is plenty of parking, you can back in 4 trucks with big trailers in the lot and street parking as well."

"Our family of 15 people had a wonderful stay in this beautifully modern decorated home. The home accommodated 15 people very well with lots of space for everyone to be together and spread out. So much natural light throughout the house! The porches overlooking the river were wonderful areas to sit and relax, fellowship and enjoy the peaceful river. Pickle ball court was a hit! "We had a great one night stay on our road trip. Love that you can bring dogs here. Bed was comfortable and wood stove is lovely. Wish the hot tub was hotter but that's all I would have changed."

"This house was a perfect place for our family as we came to the area for a local wedding. The Burd House allowed us a place for the young adults to stay. The kitchen is perfect for big family meals and the large firepit was utilized each night for relaxation and stores. The close proximity to a full service grocery store is an added bonus."
