In general it was good. However we arrived early and in spite of room availability, the employee who checked us in gave us really hard time to check in early. we were not asking for any special favors but they were bent upon not letting us in the room early. All other staff was friendly.

Sometimes it was very loud. You could hear everyone coming and going and could hear people in their rooms. Rooms were cleaned every day and bed was very comfy. Would have liked to have more pillows. We liked having coffee and waters replenished every day.

"Check in was great despite how congested with a long line of wait. Check out was the worst while there was no waiting line at all, missed airport bus due to waiting for a reception to be available. Breakfast experience reminded me of being in an old school canteen, not at all elegant and food selections ..."
