We recommend having a vehicle on hand!

- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

- For your convenience, we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

- Please note that the hot tub and pool take around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub or pool may not be hot upon arrival.

- The streaming services available on the property`s Smart TVs require the guests` own personal login. Please remember to log out upon checkout!

- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.

- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane.

- No RV or Trailer parking.

- We charge a $75 pet fee per pet. Also pets are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be kenneled when left at the property alone.

Excellent location from families at Pigeon Forge

The listing was an accurate description of the property. The kids had a great time with the extra amenities (video games and the pool). The kitchen items were very basic (no scissors, no salt, no pepper, no pot holders etc).The grill was nice to have, although having to bring your own propane was a hassle. The property manager was great and responsive.

We really enjoyed the house. It’s a great location. The host was very responsive when we needed anything. It was great to comeBack and jump in the hot tubs after a day of being outdoors. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

Overall the property was very family friendly! Having the pool was amazing for the kids after long days of walking around. However there were some areas I felt could have been a little cleaner. The floors I noticed seemed like that had not been mopped in a while. Some water was spilt on the floor and when I went to wipe it up the paper towel came back black. Some of the couch cushions had some noticeable stains. Other than that this was a great family friendly vacation rental. Close to everything.

Last Getaway Before School Starts

Great location, not far from many attractions, but far enough from the busy main drag. The house was super clean and beautiful. Kids (15,12,11) loved the pool inside the house! Definitely highly recommended!

30 Year Marriage Anniversary

We drove up from Alabama to celebrate our anniversary and the 4th in your cabin. We had ten of us on the trip and we had plenty room for everyone. The location is nicely close to the main drag in Pidgeon Forge but off enough to not be bothered by the traffic. The cabin had everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home, with more than enogh towels for the pool, hot tub or for the bathroom. The entertainment options are unbeatable between fussball, video games, the pool or hot tub, its your fault if you get bored. We had plenty of place to sit in the living room or outside hangout enjoying the views. On the 4th the city of Pidgeon Forge shot their fireworks off right next to Haven which felt like it was just on top of us. It felt like it was a personal show just for our family, a time we won't forget. The pool was well used by us and we were very happy that the pool room had a code you had to type in to access it. We have a special needs child that was unable to enter, although he tried nonstop, until we let him in. That was a really useful feature for us. We had a great time and with the reasonable price for such a nice place we will definitely be back, thanks for such a nice place to make memories.

Nice Family Getaway

We brought our adult children and grandchildren to Dollywood for a birthday. this was the perfect place to stay, it was close to everything and had so many amenities that the whole family enjoyed, especially the grandchildren.

Multi Family Vacation

The cabin was perfect for our family vacation of 6 adults and a 3yr old. Lots of space for everyone to be together but also able to have their own space. The pool was a great addition and the adults really enjoyed a relaxing dip in the pool and then the hot tub after a long day on our feet! Location was perfect!
