Main Level

A Smoky Mountain Sunset has 4 steps up to the front door, entering the main level of the home. When you enter the front door on the main level you walk into the open kitchen, dining, and living room area. The living area features a gas fireplace and large flat screen TV and half bath. The dining table seats 6 comfortably with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar, as well as 4 more at the high top pub table. The kitchen is fully equipped with gray slate appliances including a side by side refrigerator (with icemaker), a glass top stove, an oven, and a dishwasher. Other items provided in the kitchen are a coffee pot, a blender, a toaster, and standard cooking and eating utensils to accommodate 13 guests.

A Smoky Mountain Sunset has a vaulted ceiling with floor to ceiling windows, with accented trim work, so you can enjoy the gorgeous view of a Smoky Mountain sunset from the comfort of the couch! Watch the big game on the large, flat screen TV (with Bose sound bar) or snuggle up next to the natural gas fireplace, regardless we know you will feel totally relaxed in A Smoky Mountain Sunset.

The main level is also where you will find the first of four bedrooms and bathrooms. This master suite features a King size bed, a flat screen TV, deck access and an oversized full bathroom with double vanity and walk in, tiled shower.

The main level deck of A Smoky Mountain Sunset is the perfect place to hang out and enjoy the gorgeous view! Here you will find the outdoor fireplace, outdoor flat screen TV with sitting area, gas grill and plenty of rocking chairs. Sit back, relax and take in your stunning sunset view. You can even watch the horses from Big Rock Dude ranch, navigate their trails!

Upper Level

The upper level features two master suites separated by a stunning catwalk area with view to die for! The loft area has a sitting area to relax and take it the beauty of the Smoky Mountains. The first room features a King size bed, a flat screen TV and deck access with rocking chairs. The bathroom features a walk in, tiled shower.

Lower Level

Head down stairs with family and friends and have some real fun! When you first enter the lower level of A Smoky Mountain Sunset you will walk right into the game room. The game room features a pool table, Super Mario, 2 player Multicade, a large flat screen TV and a wet bar equipped with a mini fridge. You will also find the washer and dryer are located in a closet off the game room. Not enough fun? Then you haven't found the private home movie theater also located on the lower level! The theater room features seating for 8. The theater room is equipped with a Blu-Ray player and surround sound. Come rent a movie from the DVD library located in the office, or watch your favorite show on the big screen...The theater is always a big hit!

This level is where you will find the last of four bedrooms and bathrooms. This suite features 1 Queen size, log bunk bed, 1 Twin size, log bunk bed, a flat screen TV and deck access with rocking chairs. The full bathroom features a shower/tub combo.

Last, but certainly not least, is the hot tub which is located on the lower level deck. Did we mention there is also an outdoor flat screen TV? You can see it right from the hot tub! The hot tub is the perfect place to wind down after a day in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park while you enjoy the STUNNING sunset views offered by A Smoky Mountain Sunset.
