Guest Access: Entire Cabin The Neighborhood: This cabin is steps from The Old Mill District of Pigeon Forge, TN! You are literally in the heart of all the action that this area has to offer! You can walk to favorites such as The Old Mill Restaurant or The Pottery House Cafe! There are tons of dining, entertainment, and shopping options within footsteps of the cabin's front door. You can also walk to the Pigeon Forge Parkway. The cabin is located on the Little Pigeon River, so you can just sit back and enjoy the sounds of rushing water right off the back deck of the cabin! Getting Around: We also recommend using a car, but you can literally walk to so many things that Pigeon Forge, TN has to offer that it's truly amazing! Other Things to Note: • Must be 21 or older to book this cabin. • This cabin sleeps 6 guests maximum. • The cabin features paved roads all the way and is very flat to get to, being in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge. Without inclement weather, any car should be fine, but we always recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the Smoky Mountains. • Gas fireplace is seasonal and typically operates from October through March, depending on the weather. • Keurig coffee maker provided—bring your own grounds or K-Cups (machine takes both). • Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are provided. • You cannot beat this location. You are in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge and on the river! There are lots of attractions around, including go-karts across the river and through the woods. You may hear them from time to time while outside on the deck. • Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day. • Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. • Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method. • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. This cabin was extremely clean (and I’m a neat freak), from the floors to the linen. Brand new cabin, very soft and comfortable beds and bed linen, smart TVs in every room with cable, and a very spacious house. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Chris was very helpful and fast to respond. I’m not the most tech savvy person and couldn’t figure the cable out (it was an app on the smart TV) and I got an immediate response that solved my issue. Also text me the morning after our first night at the house to make sure everything was good, that was awesome, I stay a lot of places and no one does that. What a nice personal touch! Overall we had a great weekend, we were 3 mins from the grocery store, and 5 mins from most restaurants in the area. Only 20 mins from Gatlinburg which was nice.The host was super responsive to all of my messages and questions the whole time! Very nice! I would stay here again!Very loud in the backyard/porch but that’s only bc the river is right there and then the main attraction street is on the other side of the river over there. I wish there was more seating, we had 5 people stay in the cabin and the couch and the recliner chair weren’t enough for all 5 of us to be comfy watching a movie without someone sitting at the table. I also wish you could pick check-in/check-out time or that it was more lenient because the hard check-in and the 10 am check-out time was kinda rough for us.Overall probably an 8.5/10 ##### bee b. The wifi worked great for me. I was able to set up my equipment on the kitchen table and enjoyed looking out at the river while I worked. The rooms were spacious. We enjoyed the location as it was very close to places to eat and things to do. You can reach this cabin from the back road and not have to fight traffic on the strip.
