Enjoy the mountain views from your private balcony. Located just off the Parkway in the beautiful Mountain View Condo complex. We are 4 miles from Dollywood, 1 mile Tanger Outlet Mall, within walking distance to theaters and restaurants. The trolley has a stop at the end of the drive near the Dunkin doughnut store. Nearby attractions include Country Tonight Theater, Memories Theater, Titanic Museum, Hard Rock Cafe, Wonderworks, Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show, Dixie Stampede Dinner Show, Hollywood Wax Museum, The Apple Barn & Cider Mill, The Incredible Christmas Place, The Great Smoky Mountain Wheel and The Island. We are a short drive to Gatlinburg, Bass Pro Shop, Cades Cove, go cart tracks, putt putt courses, alpine mountain coasters, and much more. The restaurants are endless, the only problem will be deciding where to eat! This unit offers a King size bedroom, Queen sleeper sofa, and bunk beds that are tucked away behind doors, it will provide plenty of space for you to enjoy a long weekend or an extended stay. A fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, beautiful maple cabinets, electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, a washing machine and dryer gives you all the amenities of home. Enjoy an oversize master bath that has a double granite vanity, walk in shower, and a jetted tub. Off the living area we have a 1/2 bath. The dining and living area have wood floors, an electric fireplace with custom mantle and a flat screen TV, all the comforts of home. If you just want to stay in and enjoy some down time the new recliners and sleeper sofa will provide you a comfortable napping, reading, or resting spot. New ceiling fans have been added to the living area and the bedroom. The bunk beds are cozy and the kids love the tucked away privacy that they offer. Wi\_Fi is available throughout the unit and there is a 2nd TV in the bedroom for your convenience. We will provide a starter supply of toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap, bath soap, dish washing detergent, washing machine detergent, and trash bags. Linens and towels are provided. The condo building has a convenient elevator and guest carts. Handicap friendly features that include 36" doorways and ramps. Be sure to check out the hot tub that is open year round as well as the large outdoor heated pool that is open April through October. There are wristbands located in the condo that are to be worn while in the pool area, please return them to the condo. The NEW INDOOR HEATED POOL IS NOW OPEN!! The kids will love the outdoor playground and large yard that has a beautiful view of the mountains. A newly added walking path, shuffle board, and basketball court have been added. This complex has a NO PET policy that is strictly enforced, if anyone is caught bringing a pet you will be asked to leave immediately and the rental fee will not be refunded. Aug 20, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Amazing We actually didn stay in the condo that we originally paid for but due to a family not checking out on time i was upgraded to a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 full baths .. when i say beautiful 😍 OMG it was amazingly beautiful and plenty of room... balcony views amazing. We could even open the master bedroom double doors to see out but it wasn't a walk out balcony but still we could enjoy the view. It was very clean and close to many of the attractions we were wanting to go to. There were plenty of towels (beach and regular) and other supplies to get us through the week. Unfortunately the WiFi was very spotty, which caused a headache with the kids after long days. The bed was also not very comfortable and the bedroom was very bright, even with the blinds shut, as a light went right in the window/door. After the second night, I bought a sleep mask. Other than that, our stay was great! Even for quick errands like coffee or food, things were close enough that it wasn’t a huge hassle. ##### Lindsey H. The condo was fantastic, bed comfy, shower plenty of hot water, and beautiful view from the balcony. Pool area looked nice but we did not swim.
